OTTO CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Sarita Vihar, specifically at flat number 89 in the LIG Flats. It is a quiet residential pocket in South Delhi, and it’s where OTTO CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED gets everything organized. It’s not a big commercial building, just a regular place where we can sit down and work through our plans. Most of the time, we are out on various sites, but this is the home base. We’ve been here in Delhi-110076 for a while. We know the neighbors and the local shops around the flats. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some computers, and a lot of papers. That’s really all we need to keep things moving. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a local construction business. We do our work, manage our projects, and try to make sure everything stays on track. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have deadlines. It gets a bit hectic, but we manage. Being in Sarita Vihar is convenient for getting around South Delhi. We like the community here. There isn't any fancy philosophy behind what we do. We just build things and try to do it properly. If you are looking for us, we are just there in the LIG Flats, working away like everyone else in the neighborhood. It is a modest setup, but it suits us and the way we like to work.
