We are located out in Village Dera Mandi in South Delhi, specifically at 834 on the second floor. It’s a bit different from the usual South Delhi vibe people expect because Dera Mandi still has that village feel to it. You see more greenery and open space here than you would in the middle of the city. Our office is on the second floor of a building that overlooks some of the local area. We work on estate and infrastructure projects, which keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. The office inside is practical, with enough room for our files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't have fancy signage or a big lobby; people usually just walk up the stairs and knock on the door. Since we are a bit further out, it’s usually quieter here than in the main city hubs, which we actually prefer for getting work done. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people over the phone and sometimes we have to drive quite a bit to get to the different sites we manage. It’s a lot of manual tracking and keeping notes in registers. We just do our thing without trying to impress anyone with a polished image. It is just us working hard in a quiet corner of South Delhi to make sure our estate business stays on track and things get built as they should.
