Onehome Real Tech Private Limited

Onehome Real Tech Private Limited is located at F-513 in Sarita Vihar. It’s a residential-style area in South Delhi, so it has a much more relaxed feel than the center of the city. We work out of this space and have been here for a while now. The office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and a lot of cables running across the floor. We work on technology for the real estate market, so we spend a lot of time coding or looking at property data. It’s quiet enough that we can get work done, but we’re close enough to the main roads that it’s not hard to get around. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It’s a very informal environment. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from getting too silent. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and we end up ordering food for the whole office. We aren't into fancy titles or corporate structures. Everyone just helps out where they are needed. The desks are a bit messy, and there’s usually a pile of old newspapers in the corner. It feels like a real place where real work happens. We don't use a lot of jargon; we just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they come up during the week.
