We operate out of Farm 37C on Radhey Mohan Drive, right near Bandh Road in the Asola and Fatehpur Beri area. It’s a bit further out from the main city, so it’s a lot greener and quieter around here than most places. Numax Realcon is based on this farm land, and we mostly deal with larger plots and development out this way. The office is basically just a room on the property where we keep our records. We have a lot of people coming in to talk about land deals over a cup of tea. It’s a different pace of life compared to central Delhi. We don't wear ties or anything like that because it doesn't fit the vibe. Most of the time we’re in boots because the ground can be quite muddy after a little rain. We know the local farmers and the people who have been living here for generations. It’s all about knowing the land and who owns what. Sometimes the cows from the neighboring plots wander near the gate, which is just how it is out here. We aren't some big corporate entity from a high-rise building. We’re just local guys who know the Asola area inside out. If you’re looking for something out this way, you usually end up at our door sooner or later. It’s a lot of driving on dirt roads and looking at boundaries.
