Nt Homes Llp

We are situated in the Safdarjung Development Area, specifically at C-6/50 on the 3rd floor. It is a nicer part of New Delhi, over in the East Delhi district according to some maps, though SDA has its own distinct feel. Nt Homes Llp is what we call ourselves. Being on the third floor means we get a little bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at the trees and the other buildings in the lane. It’s a residential area, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We work on home projects, which makes sense given our name. The office is just a converted apartment space. It has that lived-in feel which we like. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or looking at samples of tiles and wood. There isn't a receptionist to greet you, just whoever is closest to the door when the bell rings. Sometimes the lift doesn't work and we have to take the stairs, which is a good workout for everyone. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our work and keep the clients happy without a lot of corporate talk. It is a small setup here in SDA, and that’s how we prefer it. We just keep things simple and focus on the next house we are working on. There is always some tea drinking while we discuss site problems or delays in shipping. It is just part of the daily routine for us.
