Nitika Buildtech Private Limited is located at Khasra No.1139, over at Luthra Farms in Rajokri. Being out near the farms gives us a bit more space than the crowded city centers. We’ve been operating from this South Delhi spot for quite some time now. Our work involves a lot of build-tech services, which is really just a fancy way of saying we build stuff and use a bit of technology to help. The office here is pretty relaxed, though it gets hectic when a big project is starting. We get a lot of dust on our boots and spend more time at sites than behind a desk. Rajokri is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a good base for us to reach different parts of Delhi. We don't have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s been a learning process, figuring out the best ways to manage crews and materials. There’s always some new challenge, whether it’s the weather or a supplier issue. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the task at hand. It’s not a glamorous life, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a project finally come together. We’re just a local crew doing our part. We just get it finished.
