Regallia Homes Private Limited

Our office is at C-2 in Soami Nagar (South). We are right near Panchsheel Enclave, which is a landmark most people around here recognize. Regallia Homes Private Limited has been based here for a good bit now. We focus on homes and residential stuff mostly. It’s a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood compared to the main roads. Inside our space, it’s usually just a couple of us working through the daily tasks. We deal with a lot of different aspects of the housing world, from planning to the final details. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't into the flashy side of the business. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. Sometimes we’re out on-site getting our shoes dusty, and other times we’re stuck behind the desk with the computer. It’s a mix. We’ve come to know the Soami Nagar area really well. Our neighbors are nice, and the walk to the office is pleasant enough. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just try to get the jobs done right. People come to us because they know we are local and we stay here. It’s a steady kind of life, working on houses and helping people find where they want to live. We’ve seen many families move in and out of the Enclave area over the years. We’ve had some long days here, especially when projects are nearing completion, but that's just how the housing business goes.
