We have been based here at the Arunachal Building on Barakhamba Road for quite some time now. Being up on the 6th floor keeps us a bit away from the direct street noise, though you can still hear the horns if the windows are cracked open during the warmer months. Most days for us are just filled with sorting through various building plans and talking to folks about different sites we are currently working on. It is a busy office, but we try to keep things steady and moving forward. We are right in the middle of the city, so getting around to our different projects isn't too hard, even though the traffic can be a real pain in the afternoons when everyone is leaving work. The staff here has seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. We mostly just focus on our own work and making sure things get built like they're supposed to be. It’s regular work, nothing too complicated to explain to anyone. We don't really do big speeches or marketing stuff here. We just handle the development side of things and keep our files in order. Some mornings are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of people coming in for meetings at the same time. We’ve got a routine down now that works for us. Barakhamba Road is a well-known spot, so it makes it easy for people to find the building. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
