Our office is over at No-L-49 in the Mahipalpur Extension area. We are situated near the Radisson hotel, right off the Gurgaon Road on NH-8. It is a very busy spot with all the airport traffic and people moving between Delhi and Gurgaon. We work in the building and construction side of things. It is a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure materials arrive on time. The office is often full of maps and blueprints and people coming in to discuss project details. It is not a quiet place, but that is because there is always something being built or planned. We have been in this neighborhood for a good while and understand how things work here. Dealing with the authorities and getting all the permits in order is a big part of what we do. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it is necessary. We do not go in for big marketing talk; we just focus on the actual work of building. People come to us when they want to get a project started or need someone who knows the local regulations. It is hard work and the days are long, but we have got a good rhythm going. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized. It is just a group of us trying to get things built right.
