Our office is in the Klj Complex, located at 70/B-39 on Shivaji Marg, which many people still call Najafgarh Road. We’ve been operating Klj Developers Pvt. Ltd. from this building for quite a while. It’s a solid space where we handle all the details of our construction and development work. Shivaji Marg is a major road, so it’s always got a lot of energy. We aren't into the flashy side of the business. We mostly focus on the technical stuff, the plans, and making sure our sites are running right. Inside the complex, it’s a lot of phones ringing and people checking schedules. We have our own way of doing things that we’ve stuck to over the years. It’s about getting the buildings up and making sure they are done properly. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches or marketing brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know our name and have seen our buildings around. We deal with architects, contractors, and the people who eventually move into our spaces. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. The office is where the decisions get made, away from the noise of the main road. We keep a regular schedule and just try to be consistent with our work. It’s a straightforward business and that’s how we like it. We focus on the bricks and mortar rather than the talk.
