Kenton Developers Pvt. Ltd. operates out of E-1061, on the Second Floor in Palam Extension Part-1, Sector-7, Dwarka. It’s a busy part of town and our office reflects that. We are a development company, but we don't spend all our time in suits and boardrooms. Most days we are wearing dusty shoes from visiting construction sites and then coming back here to Dwarka to handle the administrative side of things. The office has desks piled with drawings and various samples of tiles or bricks we’re considering for projects. It isn’t the most organized place in the world, but we get the work done. We’ve been working in the sector-7 area for a while now and we’ve seen how much Dwarka has changed. Our focus is just on building sensible structures that people can actually use. We don’t go in for all those fancy mission statements you see elsewhere. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don’t leak. Sometimes we have long days where we’re still here at the second floor late into the evening trying to finish up a permit application or a site plan. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do.
