Heritage Properties

Heritage Properties is located at number 25 in the Corner Market, right on the Malviya Nagar Main Road. It’s a great spot because there’s always something happening right outside the door. Being in Panchsheel Park means we see a mix of everyone—people heading to work, families out for a walk, and plenty of traffic. The Corner Market is a bit of a hub, and we’ve been part of it for a good long time. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a place where we keep our maps and our keys. We spend a lot of our time out on the main road, meeting people at different properties. It gets noisy with the cars and buses, but you get used to it after a while. We don’t do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just regular people who know the local property market. If someone wants to know about a flat or a shop space, we just tell them what we know. We don’t try to sugarcoat it. Some places are better than others, and we’re honest about that. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we like the pace. Every day is a bit different, and you never know who is going to walk through the door of the Corner Market next. We just keep the door open and stay ready to work with anyone who stops by.
