We are located at H 69 on the Upper Ground Floor in Connaught Circus. Being in Connaught Place means there is always something going on right outside our door. It is a historic part of the city, and working here feels a bit different than being in a modern office park. Gambhir Housing India Ltd. is run by a group of us who have been in this industry for quite some time. We are not trying to be the biggest or flashiest company around. Our office has those high ceilings you see in these old buildings, and we have filled the space with desks and filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of housing projects, which means a lot of meetings with builders and buyers. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. Sometimes we get caught up in long discussions over tea about how the city is growing. We try to keep our feet on the ground. When people come in, they usually have a lot of questions about where to put their money or where to live. We just give them the facts based on what we see happening in the market. It is not always what they want to hear, but it is the truth. The parking around here is a nightmare, so we usually tell people to take the metro. We are just a regular office doing regular work, trying to get things right for the people who walk in.
