We are located on the second floor of the Shahpuri Tirath Singh Tower. Our office numbers are 201 and 202. Being in the Janakpuri Community Centre means there is always a lot going on around us. C-58 is a busy block. G. S. Developers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s a typical office building with a lot of stairs and a lift that sometimes works. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to people on the phone. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and blueprints everywhere. We aren't the type to have a perfectly clean desk. It shows we are actually working. Janakpuri is a great area because everything you need is right here. We often go down to the local shops for lunch. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't go in for big meetings or corporate talk. We just discuss what needs to be done for the current project and then go do it. If you come by the Shahpuri Tirath Singh Tower, you’ll find us. We might be busy, but we always have time for a quick chat about local building work. It’s just how we run things in this office. We try to keep it real and grounded.
