Elan Developers Pvt. Ltd. has its office at Shop Nog5/G6 in the DDA Shopping Complex. This is in Sheikh Sarai, Phase 1. Being in a DDA complex means we are right in the middle of a lot of local activity. There are other shops and offices all around us. We have two units, G5 and G6, which gives us enough space to handle our development work. Sheikh Sarai is a well-established part of Delhi and Phase 1 is a busy hub. We aren't the type of developers who sit in glass towers. We are right here in the shopping complex where people come to do their daily errands. Our work involves a lot of planning and looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s not always glamorous; there is a lot of dust and noise from being in a public complex. We spend our days going over project details and meeting with people who are interested in what we are building. The DDA Shopping Complex is a familiar spot for everyone in Sheikh Sarai. We’ve been working out of these shops for a while and we know the neighborhood inside out. It’s a very hands-on way to run a development company. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. Our office is a place where actual work happens, with files stacked up and maps on the walls.
