Delhi Infratech Ltd

Delhi Infratech Ltd is located on the third floor of the Manish Global Mall, T-2. We are over in Dwarka Sector 22, right opposite Mount Carmel School. It’s a decent spot, though the elevator in the mall can be slow sometimes. We’ve been working out of this office for a good bit now. Unlike some of the bigger developers, we don't have a shiny showroom. We just have a workspace where we get things done. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at various project sites. Real estate in Dwarka is always changing, so there’s a lot to keep track of. We handle a variety of property needs, but we don't try to dress it up as anything more than it is. It’s about finding the right space for the right price. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We just try to be useful to people who come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when school lets out across the street, but we’re used to it. We deal with the paperwork, the builders, and the buyers. It’s a lot of legwork, but that’s the job.
