Navi Constructions and Builders is based out of Jaitpur Extension Part-II. Our office is on the ground floor of E-369A. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and we are right there in the middle of it. We do a lot of the local building work that people need around here. It’s mostly ground-level stuff, literally and figuratively. The ground floor office is handy because people can just pop in when they have a question about a wall or a roof they’re working on. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture, just the basics to get the job done. Most of our days are spent out on the actual sites anyway, so the office is just a place to park the paperwork. Dealing with construction in Jaitpur means you have to be ready for anything, especially with the narrow streets and the heat in the summer. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we know most of the people on our block. It’s a decent life, even if it’s a bit messy sometimes with the sand and cement. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the job, tell you how long it might take, and then try to get it done. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just keep moving forward with whatever project is on the desk that week and hope the rain stays away.
