Nanda Kailash Infrastructure and Developers Private Limited is located over in Okhla Industrial Area Phase. We are in the DLF Prime Towers, specifically at unit 544. It’s a busy part of South Delhi, always something moving or someone making noise outside our window. We spend most of our time looking over plans and making sure our infrastructure projects are moving along as they should. The office isn't overly decorated, just desks and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around in piles. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the actual sites where the machines are. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other days we are just buried in paperwork and ledger books. Okhla is a good spot for us because it's central to where a lot of the development happens in the city. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just a reliable one that gets the infrastructure built correctly. Our address is F-79 80 if you’re looking for the specific block in the tower. You might have to wait a bit for the lift during lunch hours, it gets crowded in these towers with everyone coming and going. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about building things that last, whether it's a road or a foundation. No fancy speeches here, just people who know how to handle concrete and steel. We're here every weekday, usually starting pretty early.
