We’ve got our office set up in Chhattarpur Extension, at E-75. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it can get a bit crowded with all the new buildings and construction going up. We work on estate and development projects from here. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything, just a regular office where we sit down and look at plans and paperwork. Dealing with land and buildings in Delhi keeps us on our toes. There is always something happening outside the window. We started this because we knew the area well and saw how much it was changing. The team is small, mostly people who have lived in the city for a long time. We talk to contractors, check on sites, and try to make sense of the local regulations. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings at the desk. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road gets blocked by a truck, but that’s just Delhi life for you. We don’t have a big marketing department. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on a project site somewhere. We just try to do a decent job and stay busy. The office in the extension is easy enough to find if you know the landmarks around here. We just take things one day at a time. It’s a practical business for a busy part of the city.
