Moments

You can find us at Moments, located at E-72 NDSE-1 in South Extn. This part of Delhi is always moving fast, and our shop is right in the middle of that energy. The space isn't very large, so we have to use every inch of the shelves to hold everything. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three or four people are inside at the same time. We spend a lot of time rearranging things to make room for new items that come in. The front window gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, which makes the shop feel warm. We don't have a lot of fancy technology here; we still write down most of our notes by hand on a pad we keep by the register. Outside, the sidewalk is always busy with shoppers and people heading to the metro station nearby. We hear the constant honking of cars and the chatter of the crowds. It’s a good spot to see the city go by. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just stumble upon us while they are out doing their regular shopping in South Extn. It’s a simple shop with a lot of character, and we try to keep it friendly without being too pushy. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking, but it shows the place has been used well.
