The corner market area in Malviya Nagar is where we set up our office at 40-A, on the second floor. It is a busy spot, so we are right in the middle of everything. Mmk Infra Buildtech is mostly about infrastructure and basic building projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around construction sites with mud on our boots. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean. There is always some problem to solve, like a shipment of cement that did not arrive or a machine that stopped working. We just handle it as it comes. Our team is small, and we have known each other for years, which makes the work easier. We do not have any big corporate goals or missions. We just want to finish the work we started and move on to the next one. The office is a bit cramped with all the maps and project files, but we spend most of our time out in the field anyway. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but that is just how the construction business goes. We use local laborers and try to keep things simple. If someone needs a structure built, they come to us, and we figure out the cost and the timeline. We are just regular people doing a regular job and trying to stay busy.
