MLTB TECHNOBUILD LLP

South Extension Part 1 is a pretty well-known area, and we’re located at B-24. It’s near Andrewsganj. MLTB Technobuild is the name on the door. We’re not a corporate giant, just a team doing technobuild work—which basically means we handle the technical side of building things. South Delhi is always buzzing, and being in South Ex means there's always something happening right outside our window. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s got desks, chairs, and a lot of computers that stay on most of the night. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and then heading out to various sites across Delhi to see how things are going. The traffic in this part of town is something else, so we spend half our lives in the car or on a bike. It’s just part of the deal when you work here. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to make sure the buildings we work on don't have issues later on. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated and needs extra attention. We’ve had our fair share of long nights fueled by snacks from the local market around the corner. It’s a busy life, but it suits us. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to build stuff and we’ve been doing it for a good while now in this neighborhood.
