MIRGAKSHA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in the lower ground floor at R-23 in Khirki Extension. It’s one of those spots that’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it, but we like it that way. We spend most of our time out on sites anyway, so the office is really just for the boring stuff like payroll and talking to suppliers. Being a private limited company means we have some rules to follow, but at the end of the day, we’re just a bunch of guys who know how to mix concrete and read plans. Mirgaksha Construction Private Limited isn't a huge name you'll see on billboards. We mostly work with locals who need things fixed or built from scratch. Khirki is a crowded area, so getting materials in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve learned to deal with the narrow lanes and the noise. Most of our workers have been with us for years. We don't have a big reception desk or coffee machines. We just have a few desks and a lot of maps. People come in with an idea, and we try to figure out how to make it stand up. It’s straightforward work. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a wedding. We’re usually covered in a bit of dust by the time five o’clock rolls around, which is just how construction goes in Delhi. It's a living.
