We’ve been here in Okhla Phase-I for a while now. If you know D-92/8, it’s right in the middle of all the industrial noise and the trucks moving in and out every morning. It gets pretty dusty out here, but that’s just how it is when you’re doing engineering work in this part of town. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done and deal with the drawings and the site issues that come up. Most days, it’s just us sitting around the desks, arguing about a design or checking on how the latest project is moving along. We have a small team, and everyone pretty much knows what they need to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on the main road makes everyone late, but we manage. People stop by, the tea guy comes around twice a day, and we keep busy with whatever’s on the table. It’s not like those shiny corporate offices you see in the magazines. It’s a real workplace with oily rags and piles of paper and the sound of machines nearby. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to make sure everything we build actually works the way it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of long hours, honestly. But we like the routine of being here in the heart of the industrial area where things are actually being made.
