MHD REALTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located on the ground floor at A-79 in East of Kailash. It is a pretty decent area in South Delhi and we have been here for a while. MHD Realtech Private Limited is the name of the company, and we mainly focus on real estate and some technology things related to property management. Being on the ground floor is quite nice because we do not have to deal with broken elevators or climbing stairs every day. We get a fair amount of natural light in the morning which helps. The office is usually filled with stacks of papers and various maps of the city. We are not very organized in the way a big bank or a giant corporation might be, but we know where everything is kept. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about houses and land. It is actually a lot of talking. We try to be very straightforward with everyone we meet. There is no real point in making things sound more complicated than they actually are. Sometimes the traffic in East of Kailash is a total nightmare, so we might start our day a bit late or stay a bit later in the evening to avoid the worst of it. We have been in this line of business for a bit now. It is just us doing our daily rounds. We do not have a big marketing budget. We just rely on the actual work we do every day.
