Metropark Developers A& Housing Infrastructure

We are located in Greater Kailash III, specifically at E-33 in Masjid Moth. New Delhi is a huge, sprawling place, but this little corner of the city feels like home to us. Being in the housing and infrastructure business means we’re always thinking about buildings, but our own office is actually pretty modest. It’s a regular building on a street that gets quite busy during the morning rush. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different construction sites, so the office isn't always full of people. When we are here, we’re usually spread out over several desks that are covered in blueprints and site reports. Metropark Developers isn't a giant firm with a hundred floors. We’re a smaller team that knows each other well. We deal with the practical side of developing land and getting houses built, which involves a lot of paperwork and dealing with various government departments. It can be a real headache sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do best. The area around Masjid Moth has plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we’re working through lunch. We like it here because it’s central enough to get anywhere in Delhi but tucked away enough to actually get some work done. It’s just an ordinary office for people who work in the construction trade. No fancy reception, just a doorbell and some busy people inside trying to get things finished.
