MANNAT LUXURY HOMES LLP is set up at W-35 in Greater Kailash-1. GK-1 is one of those neighborhoods where everyone seems to know where everything is. Our office is in one of the residential blocks, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got the usual desks and chairs, and a lot of samples of materials lying around. Since we deal with homes, it makes sense to be in a place like this. South Delhi can be quite frantic, but our street is usually okay until the school rush starts. We are a small group of people just trying to manage the different sites we have going on. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different vendors and making sure things are moving along. We don’t really go for those corporate-style meetings. Usually, we just sit around the main table with some chai and talk through what needs to happen next. The office gets quite a lot of natural light in the afternoons, which is nice. We have been in this spot for some time now and it feels right for the kind of work we handle. It’s a practical workspace, nothing over the top. We just focus on getting the details right for the houses we work on. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the pace here. We often leave the window open to get a breeze.
