Our place is located at B-19/1 in Pant Nagar, over in Jangpura. It's a decent spot in New Delhi and we've been here as MAKSTAR CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED for some time. We handle construction stuff, mostly just the daily grind of managing sites and making sure workers have what they need. It isn't always pretty work. There's a lot of mud and noise involved in what we do. We don't have a big PR team writing this stuff for us, just wanted to put our address out there so people know where to find the office. Jangpura is a good neighborhood, quite central really. Being at B-19/1 helps us get around to different sites across the city without too much trouble, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of files. It’s mostly just us chatting about timelines and costs. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things right and keep the business going. People sometimes drop by to ask about projects and we just tell them how it is. No fancy brochures, just honest talk about bricks and cement. It's been a long road getting everything set up, but we're happy staying local here in Pant Nagar. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at the actual building sites, and that's how we prefer it. No point sitting in an office all day.
