Mahalaxmi Groups

Our office is at 8/49-A on Ashoka Road in the Lajpat Nagar area. We are quite close to the District Centre, so there is always a lot of activity around us. Mahalaxmi Groups has been operating out of this spot for some time now. If you are walking down Ashoka Road, you will see our sign eventually. It is a practical space, mostly filled with filing cabinets and a couple of old desks we have had for years. Lajpat Nagar is a place where something is always happening, and being near the District Centre means we see a lot of different people every single day. We spend most of our time on the phone or writing things down in our ledgers by hand. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is kept. We don't really go for a polished look because we are too busy with the actual work. Sometimes the noise from the street is a lot, but you get used to the sounds of the city after a week or two here. We drink a lot of coffee while we work through the piles of folders on the table. It's a humble way to run things, but it works for us and our neighbors. We are just local people doing our jobs in a part of town we know inside and out. If you pass by, you might see us through the window just typing away or sorting through some mail. It's just a regular day for us.
