Madhav Projects Llp

Madhav Projects Llp has an office over at Vardhman Plus City Mall in Sector 23. We are on the third floor, unit 348. Being in a mall is a bit different than a standalone office. You hear the sounds of the shoppers and the food court downstairs sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit now. Our space is mostly filled with computers and files for the different projects we manage. It’s a lot of sitting and planning, then heading out to see how things are going on-site. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us. We share the work and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic. The mall parking is okay usually. We like being in Sector 23 because it’s easy to get to. Most of our day is spent on the phone or emailing. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with deadlines. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage. It’s just practical work. We eat lunch at our desks more often than not. It’s a quiet enough place to focus on the numbers and the logistics. We just want to finish what we started and move to the next thing. We don't make it more complicated than that.
