You can find us in Office No 216/B in Gautam Nagar. We are located quite close to the Father Agnel School, which is where most people know to go when they are coming to see us. Our office is up on the second floor of the building. We spend a lot of our time looking over site plans and talking to contractors about various development projects. It is a small office, mostly filled with blueprints and some samples of building materials like tiles or bricks. We are often out of the office visiting different sites to see how the work is progressing. Gautam Nagar is a busy area, and being near the school means there is a lot of traffic during drop-off and pick-up times. We have been working on property development for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. It is a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving along as they should. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that, just a workspace where we get the planning done. Sometimes it is quiet and other times it is very loud with phone calls and people stopping by. We just focus on the building side of things and keeping our projects on track. There is usually a bit of dust from the construction samples, but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is needed for each new project.
