Lvd Construction Private Limited operates out of the Community Center in East of Kailash. Our space is at 56-58, which puts us right in the middle of a very active part of South Delhi. It’s a convenient spot because we are close to a lot of our clients and other businesses we work with daily. The building isn't brand new, so it has some character, much like the rest of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time navigating the narrow lanes around the center to get to our site visits. Inside the office, it’s mostly desks, piles of blueprints, and the sound of phones ringing. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just local people who know how to put buildings together. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how the others work. Being in South Delhi means we have to be quite quick on our feet because things move fast here. We deal with all sorts of construction tasks, from small renovations to bigger structures. There’s usually a lot of dust from the nearby roads, and the parking is always a headache, but we’ve grown used to it. We just show up every morning, check our lists, and head out to see what needs doing. It’s honest work, and doing it from East of Kailash makes us feel like we’re part of the city’s backbone.
