L.R Realtech Private Limited

You can find L.R Realtech Private Limited down in the lower ground floor of house number 12, over in Chhattarpur Pahari. It is in Block D, right on Gali Number 1. Being in the LGF means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we all appreciate. We are right in the middle of South West Delhi, and it’s a lively place to be. We deal with real estate and technology stuff, but mostly it’s just helping people with property. The streets around here are narrow, so we usually tell people to park a bit further out and walk to Gali 1. Our space is simple. We have some computers, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons meeting folks out at various sites. There is a lot of growth happening around Chhattarpur, and we see it every day. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We are just local guys who know the land records and the neighborhood. It takes a lot of patience to deal with property in Delhi, but we’ve got plenty of that. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful. Most of our neighbors know us by name. It’s just how things work in this part of town, keeping things moving without a lot of noise.
