LIV DREAM HOMES LLP is located right in Sarvapriya Vihar, specifically at 7/2 on the lower ground floor. It’s an easy place to find once you get into the 110016 area of South Delhi. Being in the lower ground floor means we stay cool in the summer, which is a nice break from the heat outside. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to people about where they want to live. It is a small operation, mostly just a handful of us working at desks and trying to keep everything organized. Sarvapriya Vihar is a good neighborhood for this kind of work because it is right in the middle of things. We see a lot of people coming in to ask about homes or just to check on how things are progressing with their projects. It isn’t a flashy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our business every day. Sometimes the internet acts up or the traffic outside is loud, but we get used to it. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and planning right from these desks. If you are ever walking around South Delhi near our zip code, you might pass by us. We are just a local bunch trying to help people get their houses sorted without making things too complicated for anyone involved.
