LAKSMIKA TECHNO CONSTRUCTION LLP

Our office is located at 16, First Floor, on Shanti Kunj Main Church Road in Vasant Kunj. It is a decent spot to work from. Being on the first floor means we can see what is happening on the street below without being right in the middle of the traffic. Shanti Kunj is a familiar area for us and Laksmika Techno Construction LLP has been based here for a while. The walk up the stairs is short, but we do it many times a day. Vasant Kunj is a bit more spread out than other parts of Delhi, which is nice. We spend a lot of our time going through technical drawings and making sure things are on track. The church road is easy enough to find once you are in the neighborhood. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we keep our tools and our records. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a little loud during the rush hour, but we have gotten used to the sound of horns and engines over the years. We are a small team and we like keeping things simple. Most of the people who come by are just neighbors or folks we are working with on a project. We do not use any fancy language here. We just talk about what needs to be built and how we are going to do it. It is a practical way to run a business.
