Kukreja Properties has its office at F-106 in Lajpat Nagar. We are very close to the Central Market, which as anyone around here knows, is a very busy and crowded place. Being near the market means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. We’ve been here for a long time, and our space at F-106 is where we handle all the real estate inquiries that come our way. People are always looking for shops or apartments near the Central Market because it’s such a popular area. We spend a lot of our time explaining the local geography to folks who are new to Lajpat Nagar. Our office is simple, with just the basic furniture and a lot of maps and files. We don’t have a big marketing team; we just talk to people who walk in or give us a call. It’s a very local way of doing business. Sometimes we have to step out to show a property and we end up navigating through the market crowds, which is just part of the job. We know which corners of Lajpat Nagar are quiet and which ones are right in the middle of the action. People trust us because we’ve been at this spot for years and we don’t try to sugarcoat things. If a place is small, we say it’s small. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town.
