K.T.G.S Constructions Llp is located at R 21, on the first floor in Greater Kailash 1. GK 1 is a pretty well-known area in Delhi, and being based here makes it easy for us to get around. We are mostly involved in construction projects. It’s a lot of logistics, really. We spend our mornings looking at site reports and our afternoons out in the field. The office itself is fairly quiet because most of the action happens where the building is actually going on. We don't have a huge marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind of planning and execution. Sometimes the deadlines get tight and we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork. It’s the kind of business where you’re always learning something new because no two sites are exactly the same. We deal with all sorts of people, from laborers to architects. The neighborhood around R 21 has plenty of places to grab a quick bite, which is good when we're in a rush. We try to keep things organized, but in construction, things change fast. You just have to adapt. We’ve been at this for a while now and we just keep moving forward with the next job. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on getting the structures up without making a fuss.
