KSHITIZ BUILDWELL LLP

Our office for KSHITIZ BUILDWELL LLP is at B 7/11 in Safdarjung Enclave. It is a residential part of the city, so it is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. We prefer it this way. We handle all sorts of buildwell projects, mostly focusing on residential buildings in and around this area. We are not a giant corporation. It is just a small team of us working from this office. We spend our mornings checking on the various sites we have going on and our afternoons are usually for the administrative side of things. There is a lot of paperwork in construction, especially in a place like Delhi. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just take the plans and turn them into real buildings. It is a lot of manual labor and coordination with different trades like plumbers and electricians. Some days are really hot and exhausting, but that is the nature of the work. We rely a lot on local people knowing who we are and what we can do. We do not spend money on big ads. Safdarjung Enclave is our home base and we have a good feel for the requirements of the people living here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way.
