Our business, Kothari Associates Pvt.Ltd., is located at C-31 in Batla House, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. This part of the city is incredibly busy, and the lanes around here are quite narrow and full of life. We’ve been based in this building for quite some time now. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense office where we handle our daily business. We don't have a big corporate lobby or any of those fancy amenities you see in the newer parts of town. It’s just a functional space with desks, some chairs, and all our equipment. The air is often filled with the sounds of the neighborhood, from the vendors on the street to the general buzz of Jamia Nagar. We aren’t trying to be some big, polished corporation. We are just a local team doing our job every day. The office can get a bit messy with all the papers and files, but we know where everything is. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the work or what’s happening in the news. It’s a grounded environment where the focus is just on getting things done. We don't use any complicated mission statements or marketing talk. We just open up the office in the morning and work through whatever projects we have on our plate.
