Klaad Infra Private Limited is run from Flat Number 06 in Ashiyana Apartment, which is at House Number 15 in Neb Sarai. It’s a bit tucked away in South Delhi, but we like it that way. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We spend our time working on various infrastructure tasks and planning out our next steps. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know how to handle construction and infra projects. Being in Neb Sarai means we’re close to a lot of our project sites. The apartment is usually full of samples and site maps. We don’t have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We don't believe in using big, fancy words to describe what we do. We just do the work, plain and simple. Sometimes the office is a mess because we’re so busy, but we know where everything is. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors are used to us by now. It’s just a practical, local business doing what we know best. We take care of the details so the buildings stand up straight and the projects finish on time.
