Kj Realtech Llp is tucked away in Shera Mohallagarhi, which is right near East of Kailash. We are on the front side of the first floor at House Number 43. It's a bit of a local spot, not one of those big commercial hubs you see in the movies. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We focus on real estate technology stuff, which sounds more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we are just looking at listings and data on our screens all day. The neighborhood is lively, and there is always a good place nearby to grab some street food when we get hungry. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some old desks and a printer that jams every other time we use it. We don't bother with corporate talk or wearing suits. Most of the time, we’re just in t-shirts trying to get the work done before the day ends. We’ve been here in this part of Delhi for some time and like the vibe. It feels like a real community. Sometimes clients come by, but usually, we just handle everything over the phone or computer. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job well and go home to our families. It's a simple life and a simple office where we just work hard and drink plenty of tea.
