KHURJA CONSTRUCTION LLP is based in Abul Fazal Enclave, at D-190-A. We are right here in the South Delhi area, near the river. It is a crowded spot, and the streets can be a bit narrow, but it is home to us. Our office is a straightforward place. We have a few computers and some chairs that have seen better days. We focus on construction work, which means we are usually out on site more than we are sitting behind a desk. We don't use a lot of fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things. Sometimes the materials don't arrive on time, or the weather ruins our schedule, but we just adapt and keep going. That is the only way to survive in this business. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything. Most people find us because they know someone who worked with us before. We drink a lot of tea and talk about projects late into the evening. It is not a glamorous life, and our boots are usually covered in dust. We are just a group of people who understand how to get a structure up. We don't make fancy promises, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like the vibe of the neighborhood.
