KHURANA BUILDWELL (INDIA) LLP

We are KHURANA BUILDWELL (INDIA) LLP and you can find us on the top floor of I-1734 in C.R. Park. Being in Chittaranjan Park is nice because the neighborhood has a very specific character. The office is on the third floor, so we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is a relief from the South Delhi heat. We work on building projects all over the city, but this is where we come back to do the planning. The office is full of binders and old samples of tiles and wood. We don’t have a fancy interior designer for our own place; we just put desks where they fit. We spend a lot of time on the phone, usually trying to track down where a truck has gone or why a permit is taking so long. It is a lot of legwork. We aren't about using big marketing buzzwords or making ourselves sound better than we are. We are just builders who have been in the game for a while. We know how hard it is to get things built in Delhi with all the rules and the weather. We just take it one day at a time. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but they keep us moving. We are just a small team trying to do right by the people we work with every day.
