Kbss Infrastructure Private Limited is located over in South Delhi, specifically in Khanpur. We have our office in the Ratan Apartment building. It’s a basement unit on Plot A-100 in Raju Park. Khanpur is one of those places where you really have to know your way around or you’ll get lost in the lanes. We handle infrastructure things. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure materials and people are where they need to be. It’s not a clean job, but it’s what we know. The basement is quiet enough for us to get through the daily grind. We aren't a huge team with fancy suits. Most of the time we are in dusty clothes or just casual stuff because we’re heading out to sites. Living and working in New Delhi-110080 means dealing with the heat and the crowds every single day. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything like that. We just look at the plans, talk to the contractors, and try to make sure everything stays on track. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to spend the whole night fixing the schedule. That is just the nature of this business. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The neighbors know us.
