Our office is located at D-47 in South Extn, and that is where we run Kappi Machines India Pvt Ltd. It is a busy part of the city, which is great because there are always people around. We deal with coffee machines, so as you can imagine, there is always a pot of coffee going somewhere in the building. It is not just about selling the machines; it is about understanding how they work and what to do when they break down. We have a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to helping with a repair. South Extn is a nice area, though parking for our delivery vans is a constant struggle. We have customers who come in wanting to know the difference between one grinder and another, and we try to explain it without getting too technical. Sometimes we run out of a certain model and have to wait for a shipment, which can be frustrating for everyone. We do not have a big corporate manual on how to talk to people. We just treat them like neighbors and try to be helpful. The office can get a bit cluttered with spare parts and empty boxes, but we know where everything is. It is a comfortable place to spend the day, and we enjoy the work we do. Most of us have become a bit of coffee snobs over the years.
