Our office is located in Aya Nagar Extension, Phase 4, specifically at B-98 on the ground floor. It’s in Block B, right along Gali No 5. It’s a bit of a maze getting back there if you aren’t used to the area, but we like it. Kanishka Constructcraft (Opc) Privatelimited is a pretty tight-knit operation. We focus on the craft side of construction, trying to make sure the details are right. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in when they need something. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure the measurements are correct. It’s not always glamorous work, and we get our hands dirty quite a bit. The local neighborhood is where most of our work happens. We know the streets and the people. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate red tape you see in bigger companies. Sometimes it's just one person making the big decisions, which keeps things moving fast. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of salespeople. Most of our jobs come from people seeing what we’ve done for their neighbors. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just want to build things that last and keep people happy with the results. It’s hard work every day, but we enjoy the process of creating something from nothing.
