You can find us over at H.No I21/1768 on the ground floor in Sangam Vihar. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s a maze. We’ve been running Kamaliya Buildtech Private Limited from this spot, and it’s always lively outside. Our office is a simple ground-floor room where we keep all our tools, maps, and project notes. We do buildtech work, which basically means we are involved in the practical side of construction and making sure buildings are put together right. We don't have a marketing team or any of that. It’s just us doing the work and making sure the sites are running. Sangam Vihar can be a tough place to navigate, but it's where we feel at home. Most days start early with a quick meeting in the office before everyone heads out to different parts of the city. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and laborers. Sometimes things go smooth, other times a delivery is late or a pipe leaks, and we have to scramble. That’s just the day-to-day. We don't try to look bigger than we are. We're a local business, and we focus on getting things built. It's dusty work and there’s always something that needs fixing, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project actually come together from the ground up. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just drop in and talk.
