Kadambari Epic Homz Private Limited is our small company based in Saket. We are in the DLF South Court building at DSC-326. It’s a modern spot compared to where we used to be, but we haven't changed much. We mostly work on housing projects. That means we spend a lot of time looking at land, talking to architects, and trying to figure out how to build homes that people can actually afford. We aren't a giant developer with thousands of apartments. We focus on smaller things where we can actually keep an eye on what’s happening. The office has a few desks and a lot of binders filled with permits and regulations. It’s not very exciting stuff, but it’s what makes the buildings happen. We don't use any flashy language to describe ourselves. We are just a team that knows how the housing market in Delhi works. Sometimes we get frustrated with how long things take, but we’ve learned to be patient over the years. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say to people. We just show the plans and explain how much it will cost. It’s a straightforward way of doing business and it has served us well so far in our time here.
