Our office for Juanda Real Estate Developers LLP is tucked away in the basement of W-43 in Greater Kailash-II. It might seem like a strange spot to run a real estate business, but it works for us. We spend most of our time looking at property details and managing the development side of things. GK-II is a great neighborhood, even if parking can be a real struggle sometimes. We aren't the type to put out big advertisements or anything like that. We mostly just work with people who know us or find us through word of mouth. Being in a basement means it stays relatively quiet, which is helpful when we're trying to figure out project budgets or floor plans. We deal with a lot of different properties across South Delhi. Some days are just filled with paperwork, while others involve visiting sites to see how things are progressing. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the area. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't try to make our work sound more complicated than it is. Real estate development is just about putting the right pieces together. We’re just a small team trying to make sure things get built properly and on time. We just take it as it comes.
