Our office for Jprns Infrastructure Private Limited is tucked away on the first floor at D 18/1 in Phase 2 of the Okhla Industrial Area. If you know Okhla, you know it is a place where things actually get made. It’s gritty, busy, and full of trucks, which suits us just fine. We handle infrastructure stuff, which usually means a lot of coordination and logistical headaches. New Delhi is a big city, and trying to get infrastructure right in the 110020 area takes a lot of patience. We aren't into using big words or corporate talk. We are more comfortable in our work boots than in suits. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site reports. The office is functional, nothing more. We moved here because it’s central for the kind of work we do in South Delhi. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the dust from the industrial area gets into everything, but we don't mind. We are just regular people trying to build things that last. We’ve had our share of long nights when a project is behind schedule. That is just how it goes in this industry. We don't have a philosophy or anything like that. We just look at the specs and try to follow them. It's about getting the job done so we can move on to the next one and go home to our families.
